Apple Music resource unavailable. Completely unusable after latest (a) update

is anyone else experiencing this morning Apple Music completely being unavailable after updating? Every song I just get “resource unavailable”


steps I’ve taken-

  1. restarted phone
  2. reset network settings
  3. signed in and out of media purchases
  4. attempted toggling on/off audio lossless
  5. and finally uninstalled Apple Music


As it stands I cannot even download the freaking app back onto my phone. And Spotify works fine, this is a great way to lose a recent subscriber.. only had it 4 months now

We'd like to share some suggestions to help you with your Apple Music. It sounds like you have two issues with one not being able to play content and now being unable to download the app. We would recommend starting with the guidance in If you can’t download or update apps on your iPhone or iPad as this will be the most relevant direction for this current issue. If this does not help further, you will want to contact Apple Support.
