Apple support

How long can we use Apple Support?

My iMac is using os Monterey 12.7.3

My Mac says it’s up to date but I keep having glitches.

can you advise please?

iMac 27″, macOS 12.7

This is a user forum, which in some cases is a good thing, because a lot of people can offer help.

We can't change the OS, but we can try to help you figure out what may be happening with your machine.

Often the "glitches", as you call them, can be due to the particular combination of software that is installed.

Every mac has a different set of applications and other third party software.


In order to get a better idea of what is happening and so we can better help:


a) Please elaborate a bit on what sort of "glitches" you are experiencing


b) Please run Etrecheck and post its full report here. Use the "additional text" button and paste the report into the text box.

This is a diagnostic program created by a respected member of this community so that those trying to help have enough information to try and diagnose the problems.
