Music app | Account Settings... shows that I have 1 computer authorized, but I can't Authorize

Music Account Settings shows that I have one computer authorized, but when I try to Authorize this computer it tells me that I have 5 and must deauthorize one first.

Another problem, there is no "Deauthorize All" button.

The apple site says to go to the store in music and get settings. From there you should be able to de-authorize particular computers. But in the settings, it only lists one computer as authorized, and there's no "deauthorize all" button.

Can't Authorize or Deauthorize This Computer or Deauthorize All with Apple Music or tv I am setting up a new laptop and want to add Apple Music, but when I try to login it says I can't because the computer is not authorized. However, when I try to authorize it says I can't because I already have 5 authorized computers. But that is not true. When I look at my Apple ID info it shows only two devices, the new computer and my iPhone. Specifically, when I go to Account in Apple Music and then to Authorizations, I see two options: Authorize or Deauthorize This Computer. Neither works. If I try to Authorize This Computer it says it can't because there are 5 other authorized computers (which is not true), and if I try to Deauthorize This Computer that does not work either because it says my computer is not authorized. Then if I go to Account and then Account Settings, I see that next to Computer Authorizations it says "One machine is authorized to play content purchased with this account" and there is no option or button next to it to Deauthorize All. See the screenshot. Hence I cannot Authorize or Deauthorize my new computer, and I cannot Deauthorize All Computers either. It thinks I have 5 computers when I don't. Please help! Apple M3 MacBook Air running Sonoma 14.3.

Can't authorize or deauthorize my apple music account I tried to buy a song on Apple Music and it wouldn't download because my mac "hasn't been authorized". In Apple Music/Account/Authorizations/Authorize this computer I get a notice that I already have 5 computers authorized. But under Apple Music/Account Information/Computer Authorizations it says "one machine is authorized to play content with this account". There is no button to "Deauthorize all". Right now, I'm stuck. I can't download and I can't change any authorization status info. Appreciate any help. --Dave

Same here. Also noticed that viewing Account Settings from different apps are showing different numbers of Computer authorisations and no "manage devices" or "deauthorise all" link.

Only once (after entering account settings through the App Store) I got the "5 computers are authorised" + "deauthorise all" link, but when clicking that link, a messages said that it can only be done once a year and that I should wait till 2025 > even though I did not do the "deauthorise all" before.

So clearly somethings wrong there.

Exact same problem here. I have searched all over for a solution to this issue, but I can't find anything. Please let me know if you figure it out!
