APPLE PAY not Working

Apple Pay isn’t working and hasn’t been for several months. I’ve attempted to uninstall the app reinstall it double check my security I have the biometric securities in place. This is an apple problem. I have attempted to download boarding passes which I’ve done in the past with no problem unable to do it now can’t load a gift card that has the Apple Pay select right there on their site it won’t load, what is the issue?

Please do an update to latest iOS, version 17.3.1. Then do a forced restart and lastly reset your network settings. Support articles with instructions are below.


Please update your iPhone to the latest iOS, 17.3 or higher. Older iPhones may only support 15.7.5, but Apple Pay will function.

Once updated, please do a forced restart of your iPhone.

  1. Press and quickly release the volume up button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume down button.
  3. Press and hold the side button.
  4. When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.



Reset your network settings


If you're using iOS or iPadOS 15 or later, tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

If you're using iOS or iPadOS 14 or earlier, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.


This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
