iPhone 15 pro max bluetooth issue

Hi, my iphone 15 pro max is having bluetooth issues from day 1. It keeps working and suddenly it'll lose connection to my applewatch. While it shows it's connected to my watch, in reality the two devices are not talking properly. While the phone is in this state, i cant connect to other bluetooth devices either. it's only after i restart my phone, the connection is back working normally and i can connect to other bluetooth devices.

At first i thought it was an issue with my apple watch. So, i reset the watch and paired it again with the phone. but nothing helps. the bluetooth connection on the phone stops working at its whim. I dont know if this is a hardware issue or a software issue. i'm currently running the latest version of iOS.

Interestingly, the problem gets resolved everytime i restart the phone. Which leads me to believe that this may be a software issue.

This is a problem with the iPhone 15 Pro Max...period. What you recommended is what every Apple Support person and article recommends. I tried all of the above, then finally returned my 15 Pro Max and requested a replacement. New hardware, same problem. Finally I gave up on the 15 and decided to revert back to using my 13 Pro Max. Works flawlessly, as it always did from day 1.

Apple's testing and quality assurance has gone downhill. I may try the 16 Max Pro when it comes out in a few months, but I'm in no rush to get rid of my 13 Pro Max. Apple's minute improvements to the iPhone over the past several years are simply not worth the headaches.

The way that you have described the issue that you are facing, leads me to believe that this is a hardware issue. Ire recommend that you take advantage of the Apple 1YR Limited Warranty for your iPhone 15 Pro Max. You may contact 👉 Official Apple Support OR you can always get your iPhone examined at the Apple Store 👉 Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and evaluation.

The same problem. With headphones or in the car, my Xiaomi worked for years without any problems. Since I got the iphone 15 pro max - only trouble and stress. I'm hard to hear in calls, voice messages in Telegram - quality is terrible.

I don't have time to deal with it. I have paid more than 1300 euros for iphone and have only stress whether with Bluetooth or with payment at the checkout where I constantly have to synchronize my face with iphone.

Solution is simple: I just keep living happily with my Android. My Android costs x6 less than iPhone. That was a good decision with Android.

You have been having this issue since day 1. The Bluetooth connection drops on a whim even though you can revive it by restarting the iPhone. The cycle then repeats.

You can 👉 Backup your iPhone and then 👉 Factory Reset your iPhone. You can then 👉 Restore your iPhone from the backup file.

Check to see whether that resolves the issue. If it does not, then it is a hardware issue.

The above will cost you a good chunk of time. I still recommend that you take advantage of that 1YR Warranty and save yourself some time in this troubleshooting process.

I have only had the 15 pro for less than 2 weeks and it won't keep a pair with my Airpods Pro. With the phone in my pocket and the airpods in my ears, it disconnects and I have to pull the phone out and reconnect. It happened 12 times in less than 30 minutes! Very frustrating when trying to listen to something or be on a work call. The only way I was able to keep it paired was to keep holding the phone which negates the need for the airpods so I can keep doing other things and have some privacy to what I am listening to! Ready to go back to my iphone 13 if this keeps up!
