I am unable to listen to phone calls or audiobooks on my IPhone through my hearing aids/iphone bluetooth feature since i updated phone to 17.3 - standard connection instructions do not work. However I can connect to my IPad (2017) and hear sound through bluetooth hearing aids

I am having the same issue since the 17.3 version was installed 3 days ago. The iphone can not find the hearing aids now. It would really be nice to have some feedback from Apple on this issue.

I, too, have had difficulties. Agree that issues began with 17.2. At least with that version, I could pair. Over the weekend I installed 17.3.1 and unable to pair in Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices. Please help.
^edit. Initially, I posted 17.3, however, more specifically, I am on 17.3.1. I am unable to pair.
Help us with a fix, Apple!! This issue actually started happening for me with the 17.2 update, and I hoped 3 would have a fix. Before .2 I never had any problems. Having it work fine on my IPad made me certain it was the 17.2 and 17.3 updates which followed very closely...
I had the same problem with iOS 17.3 but I installed iOS 17.3.1 on Friday and was able to pair my hearing aids.
