Not Access Photos and Videos of my IOS device

Hello i hope you are doing well i just have a issue with my past data which i backed up in my IOS device including Photos and Videos. Then now i want to recover that photos, videos but i wasn't able to do this also the photos section is empty.

I really want this data i request to you please help me to recover my all data which is very necessary. And i backed up this data on my Iphone 7 32gb jet black.
