iPhone 14 Pro Max audio issues

Hello, my iPhone 14 Pro Max is up to date. However, when I answer phones I frequently experience the following issue. I can hear the caller but the caller cannot hear my voice. Sometimes they receive my voice partially with interruptions. This happens both with the speaker and the iPhone. I checked the settings but cannot find the reason for this problem. My iMac, and iPad are mostly close to me. I never have problems with videos or audiobooks or music playing. It is just during calls. Zan you help me out , please? Thanks in advance.
