How can I contact a moderator?

Htin - Please keep in mind that with the new system, points for replying is a one time only thing. It is for the first time you reply to any post, not each time you reply to a post. After that first time, you get 1 point each time someone upvotes your post.

On a side note, thanks for being interested in helping to answer technical questions from other Apple users.

It looks like you should have at least 12 points (for the one time only reply and create line items) and your profile should register 4 (or 5) threads participated in (depending on how authoring one is classed).

Maybe there’s a time delay for new accounts?

Yep, I am agreeing with you => it looks buggy. I’m backing you up here.

I can’t view how long you’ve been a member. The ‘new account’ idea was just a hypothesis.

It is now correct with the 13 points showing on your account. Not sure why it is showing 0 on participation.
