So I have a MacBook Pro mid 2015 and I replaced the ssd to an NVME drive. I was trying to use bootcamp and install windows and when I select the partition it says, “windows couldn’t install in the location you selected.”
is the NVME drive the problem because I was using the original 256 GB drive and it was working fine.

You should erase and format the drive first before installing Windows.
Format: MS-DOS FAT
Scheme: Master Boot Record
Can I do that and still have the stuff on the partition to boot from?
