I have a Mac mini, I'm followed your instructions and have run into the following: "windows cannot be installed on this disk. the selected disk has an MBR partition table. on EFI systems, windows can only be installed to GPT disks.... what do I do?
If you select the Windows icon (not EFI Boot) and try to install Windows, do you see the first installation screen to choose partitions? If yes, continue and try to install Windows.

When macOS reboots, and before the W10 installer starts, if you hold Alt/Option, do you see a Windows icon on the USB installer?
It does not show the Windows icon, it appears at EFI boot...
Did Windows install properly? Does Audio work?
