Spoken content stops reading long texts whenever I’m using Siri neural voices in spanish Mexico

In my iPhone 13, brand new by the Way, Whenever I want to read a long text using the Spoken content feature, it suddenly stops reading and doesn’t work anymore until I go to settings and select another voice; It happens if I use the Siri neural voices in spanish Mexico, if I use another voice like Paulina or Samantha, it works fine.

I’ve tried deleting the voice, reinstall it and erasing all settings, but the problem persists.

Please advise me what to do, it’s very frustrating.

Thank you

iPhone 13, iOS 17

I don’t know if I should mention this, I bought it in Mediamarkt, but it’s an original and factory unlocked iPhone, I mean, it accepts any SIM card no matter the country or the movile company.

The maximum battery capacity is at 100%, despite updating it via OTA.

It doesn’t show any battery notice, so I wanna think everything is OK.

Regarding my issue with Spoken content and the Siri neural engine voices, the other day Apple Support advised me to make a security backup and restore it using iTunes, but I don’t know if it fixes the problem in its entirety
