Green dot payment service for apple cash / Apple instant deposit rejected by bank apple never return money

I do. How can anyone help me. I made a transfer from Apple Cash to my bank. It never arrived and called Apple Cash over 20 times . They advised me to go to my bank again with the transaction id number they gave me. Did so my bank replied their system is old and does not accept transfer from Apple cash( Greendot bank). My bank wrote a letter stating this including all the necessary information. Greendot reviewed it for 3 days then say it was still denied. My bank says something fraudulent is going on because clearly it didn’t clear my bank. Mind you I’ve been banking with them for 20years. I refuse to allow Greendot bank to keep my $550!!!

What exactly is the issue? I’ve read your post but I’m not clear on what’s going on. You keep quoting 2 month old post. Do you have a question for the community?

Did you do an instant transfer or 1 to 3 day ACH transfer?

Same thing happened to me. My bank went over and beyond with no luck or help from Apple. This seems to be occurring a lot and the money always disappears and Apple always never has answers
