Is this a scam or is this real? because I did return my old phone it was too broken to use but i did log out of my apple ID and took out my sim card and I just want to know because it does say testing center but it could be a scam. Can anyone help?

Ok, has to be a scam right?
I am also getting this! Can Apple respond to this thread????? Clearly the company they contract with is hacked. Worried about integrity of my account! And the spam text messages repeatedly keep coming…
