Updated my MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) lost access to all my Microsoft products

Hi I recently updated my MacBook Pro (early 2015) and I have lost access to my microsoft products.

When I try to 'restore previous purchase' this is the error I get : This Apple ID doesn't have a paid Microsoft 365 subscription.

When I try to 'sign in' using the only email I had at the time I purchased my Mac I get this error :

Correlation Id: c7876484-d8ef-5546-9048-19fea88e22a7

Timestamp: 2024-01-29T18:49:15.000Z

DPTI: 6a10fa25e6243d5ad349922270c0d2c561d11e285c2ffaa50c84b31e9c4960aa

Error Tag: 9hehw

Error Code: 0

Any suggestions on how to get my microsoft apps back? I originally purchased my MacBook from a local mac store that is no longer in business. The Microsoft products were supposed to be good for life.
