Switching phone number to a new Apple ID
my husband bought an iphone from somebody awhile back, the other dude's apple id and number stayed on the phone. now the phone is cracked so bad that you can barely use it so weve got another phone. we're going to use my apple id cause we dont have the info to the account that was on the phone. is there a way to put the phone number on my account or since we cant take it off the other guys account are we stuck just getting him a new number? thanks for the help
