iPad activation lock

My grandad gave me an iPad that his freind gave him a while ago who is not with us now.after I reset the iPad it’s is asking me for a password and email which none of us know it has a activation lock who can I fix it

How to remove Activation Lock from gifted iPhone? My step daughter gave me her old phone and doesn't know how to unlock the activation lock. It is old and she doesn't remember the email. I would like to use the phone. Can you help me? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

There isn't a way to bypass an iCloud activation lock without knowing the credentials.

Unfortunately, you can’t get into the iPad without the login information. :(
