Because a developer or Apple decided it was worth noting. The information in the Analytics is intended for them, not customers, and shouldn't be considered an issue by itself.

Hi Neil.

I see that you said this information is meant for developers and/or Apple. I’m at a loss. I was told these same things beginning in 2019. Since then, I’ve been set up, bank accounts, and everything and anything online has been hacked and sabotaged. I know now (5yrs later) my concerns were valid and I was basically gaslit as it being nothing while I tried to protect myself and my daughter. I lack the vocabulary to explain the damage caused to my life from this. I now know what shim remotes, command and control, slave processors, configured plist files, MDM and Pegasus spyware is among many of the other questions about processes and named software inquired about on these forums.

I understand that Apple can not breach matters of “National Security,” but what if it’s not? When should a consumer have a concern? When is it ok for an iphone user to look through their analytics and question? I’m sincerely asking you.

Is there a disclosure about this?

Is there a resource to investigate and identify potential security threats for Apple consumers? If and when there is a government actor and or surveillance involved is it Apple’s policy to encourage the contrary? A trained, ex-military “cyber security” expert who does have clearances acted illegally without authority, put files on my computer to set me up and collected information about situations that I depended on and needed for legal documentation and trusted my phones/ devices and files for. Much of it was wiped and things were planted to exploit and “create” a scenario to request a grant for surveillance. There’s more that I won’t say for obvious reasons. I’m thinking this will be removed before I get a response. That alone is devastating but I’m really trying to understand.
