Sleep tracking doesn't work after WatchOS 10.3 update

Apple Watch 6. WatchOS 10.3


Watch stopped provide sleep tracking data to the health app two nights ago, after the update to 10.3 version.

FWIW, tried a number of troubleshooting steps, including


  1. Telling Apple Watch not to be a source of sleep data, and then back on again
  2. Hard-restart of Apple Watch (holding crown button + side button for 10 seconds)


and, at least last night, it tracks again.
