I want to change the primary address of Icloud.com, that ends in icloud.com, but is not my Apple ID primary address. When I go to the apple id page, under account, these same email address are shown as an Alias (not as primary) and changing is not allowed in the dashboard.
If it was added as an alias, you can delete the Alias and add anew one with the name you want.
If its the main iCloud address, then it cannot be changed. You can add an alias with the correct and name and use that for your email communications instead.

I hope that Apple will add the possibility to change the primary iCloud address of an Apple ID.
I created mine 10 years ago and it's completely irrevelant today and I don't want to create a new account because I will loose the entire history of my account 😪
Unlikely. Due to how email addresses and accounts work, changing the part before the @, would in fact create an entirely different account. The part before the @ is a unique identifier for the email address.
As I said, you can add an Alias and use that email address instead.
