Regarding not receiving OTP on any esim instead i can receive message on physical sim.

I am using two simcards and both are physical sim card. When I convert my one simcard into esim card then i do not get message on that simcard. Instead physicalsim card stills receive OTP message.

So i am in great trouble because i have to carry two physical sim cards with me so that i can put one inside at a time to receive otp on that sim.

Same way i have to put my second physical simcard into simslot(after removing out first physical sim from sim slot).

kindly sort out this problem coz i am no longer able to use your esim service feature in my iphone 14plus phone.

To carry two physical sim card always is not what is have expected from iphone 14plus.
