How do I get stolen device protection off?
- How to get device off stolen device protection mode
When I do this, it asks for my Face ID and the phone does not recognize it. Tried to reset my Face ID - same problem.

Once I enter the passcode, the entire process begins again.
I'm having exactly the same problem, but with Touch ID. My Touch ID isn't recognizing my fingerprint. When I try to change it, it requires Touch ID (Catch 22). After several failures, it asks for the password (I'm in my home, which is a familiar location). After entering the password, when I try to delete the fingerprint to add a new one, it says I need to scan my non-working fingerprint again (Catch 22). This repeats over and over. Just entering the passcode won't allow disabling Stolen Device Protection. Is there no way to reset the iPhone to turn off Stolen Device Protection?
Hello Kamil333

My Face ID ain’t working again and i mistakenly turn on my stolen device security and naw I can’t turn it off because my Face ID isn’t working again
After not recognizing Face ID for several times there should be an option that says Enter iPhone Passcode you can press that to enter your passcode and turn off the Protection
