I have a problem with my Apple ID

Hello, I have a problem with my Apple ID, I had a phone and I gave it to my niece, she changed her Apple ID and now I can't get my Apple ID back.
I have had my Apple ID since 2010 and have been working with it. I had 3 different phones registered. Now I need to get my old Apple ID back.

I am unfortunately not understanding what exact problem you are having. I don't know what you mean by get your old Apple ID back. Unless you asked for it to be deleted, it has not gone anywhere.

If you niece signed into your iPhone then you need to ask her to sign out again and make sure she has also signed out of Find My. You can then sign in on it with your ID.
