What to do when a refund request is denied on the App Store?

It seems you have mistaken this for a Social Media site. This is a user to user support site where help is given for people with a question. It is true that some questions will not have an answer that other users can give and you will be directed to send Feedback to Apple. There is no need to post if you are not looking for a solution or an answer has already been given. If you state your situation like everyone else, you will get an answer like everyone else.

I have a similar situation. It is already hard being a college student, I just wanted a free trial to help with some school work, not use my grocery money to pay for something I won’t be using again. I even canceled my subscription.

There’s estimated to be over a billion iPhone users. There are a few dozen, if that many, posting in this thread about refunds. Purchasing a device doesn’t grant anyone automatic refund status. Sorry that this surprises you.

Contacting a bank is certainly a viable alternative and one that people should take advantage of when necessary. I wish you success and hope you get your funds back.

I will be attempting to call my bank today! Thank you for this! I also couldn't believe how many more threads similar to this one there were of people who also were needing a refund. I will update you all if calling the bank works!

Sorry, but Apple is not here and you will need to use the refund link that has already been provided. It is important to note that in most cases all transactions in the App Store are final, but on occasion Apple may grant a compassionate refund. It should never be expected, though.

To make a purchases in the App Store, you need to double click the side button with the amount showing on the screen. This is not something that can be done by accident.

What about in-app purchases that aren’t given because the app crashed?

There are many more threads similar to this one though of people experiencing the same issue. I feel like when a refund is requested they should look into it more than what they do right now.
