export voice memos with original date and title

How can I export my voice memos from my iPhone and/or Mac with the original title AND date? My voice memos seem to be synchronised with both of my devices. I want them to be safe and stored on an external hard drive but sorted by date. I figured out that apparently you have to drag and drop every single memo individually and manually but the date gets lost by doing that. Is there a way of solving this? I already tried finding my voice memos in Finder by using this: ~/Library/Application Support/com.apple.voicememos/Recordings but there was nothing to be found. And I also can't use iTunes anymore. On Apple Music on my Mac I can only see very old voice memos when I connect my iPhone. The synchronisation seems to have stopped. I tried to turn the synchronisation of voice memos back on but it said there were only 2 memos... I have over a thousand memos... so that's not true. I really don't know what to do anymore. Pleeeaaase help!
