Transferring Voice Memos (and preserving metadata)

I would like to transfer my voice memos from my iPhone to a file folder on my Mac while preserving the metadata.

IF I use iTunes to sync, THEN I lose the title I gave the memo once I drag the file from the iTunes library to the designated folder.

IF I use AirDrop, THEN I get to keep the modified date, but I lose the creation date. The same applies if I am to download this to my Mac from the iCloud and into a Folder.

What am I doing wrong?  (All software is up to date.)

This is an issue that many users have, the cases get closed and are typically answered to turn on iCloud.

iCloud does not sort out the issue as it does NOT offload the voice memo.
