Wipe current balance to change country
I would like to wipe the balance to be able to change the country in app store , since I cant change it and I still have 0.07 balance please wipe the 7 cent
iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16
I found the following information in a search of Apple Support. I hope it helps. Basically, you must buy something that costs more than your balance or contact Apple Support to clear the balance.
Check your Apple Account balance - Apple Support
If you have Apple Account balance that you can't use
You can contact Apple Support to request a refund. When you contact Apple, include the following information:
- Your Apple ID.
- The refund amount.
- Your current shipping address.
