I missed an important text that was sent to a group on Tuesday and today I noticed that a chat turned green with another iPhone user. Their iMessage is on and I’m the only one they see as if I was on an android phone. My IMessage is on as well. This was after this latest update to 17.2.1, I wasn’t aware IPhones could have problems after updating since this is my first Apple phone.
Any recommendations?
