NHS Mail not connecting to Outlook on MacOS

Hi all,

I'm trying to add my NHS.net mail account onto Outlook for MacOS, but I keep getting this error message saying "This account cannot be added. The licence provided by your work or school does not enable access to Outlook for Mac. Please access your email through Outlook on the web instead." I have the latest Sonoma.

I've not had this problem before, and NHS mail works fine on Outlook on my older Macbook Pro running Monterey.
