Why does weather app show “windy” but not sunny/cloudy?

Like most people, when I check the weather forecast, I am most interested in whether the day will be sunny, cloudy, or rainy. The fact that it might also be windy is irrelevant (but worth noting somewhere). Annoyingly, the app tells me that tomorrow will be “windy” but says nothing about cloud cover. Does a windy day preclude predicting cloud cover? I doubt it. Design fail.

Apple programmers probably don’t go outside and hence are unaware that “windy” is not a sky condition 👍🏼
