I have a card on file but there isn’t any money on it and because of that I can’t download any apps wht can I do
Add a payment method that can be charge, or add funds to the existing cad so it can be charged and verified.

For Apple Pay, simply open the Wallet App on your iPhone or the Wallet and Apple Pay option in Settings in iPad and Mac.
If you are actually referring to the cards added for use in the iTunes & App Stores (different from Apple Pay), follow the steps in the link provided below to find them.
