Passes and Loyalty cards not syncing to Apple Watch

I recently replaced my Apple Watch six with a new Apple Watch 8. On the 6, I had all my loyalty passes that were in my Apple wallet on my iPhone showing in my Apple wallet on my watch.

After setting up my new watch, I cannot seem to get the Apple wallet to sync between my phone and my watch. I was able to manually add the payment cards that I need on my watch, but I have tried everything I can think of to get the loyalty passes to show up, including removing them from my phone and re-adding them to my phone, but they still do not show up on my watch. I do have iCloud enabled for Wallet. I have also restarted both my phone and my watch.

Both devices have the latest OS installed. (iOS 17.2.1, Watch OS 10.2)

My phone 14 Pro Max is on 17.4 and my new SE watch is on 10.2. I’ve even changed my watch as it was 10 days old. Same problem. Bank cards will go on Wallet on iPhone and wallet on watch. However any non-bank cards that are in my wallet will not go on my watch. I’ve erased and reset, I’ve googled, I’ve deleted and readded all passes. Mostly I’m upset that this was NOT an issue on my Apple Watch 3 but is on a brand new SE

Yeah, NOT cool Apple! I have a new iphone 15 that will correctly display payment cards (credit, debit) and store cards (frequent flyer card, loyalty programs etc) on the phone.

But will NOT sync those store cards to my apple watch.

And the only options to add new cards on the Watch settings app is to add a payment card.

Your own support pages say "store ALL your payment cards, loyalty cards, transit cards" in Wallet but suddenly it's limited to payment cards???

I've now got no choice but to carry/use my PHONE to use a loyalty card and pay, whereas up until now, even if i was out with just my watch, i could do it all.

Will you be fixing this?
