I subscribed for Apple Music with my Mtn line, since it expired it refused to renew again

Please I subscribed for apple music through the mtn play but it's not working but the service is active

It was supposed to be renewed till now they haven’t renew it and am not able to play musics anymore..

The funny thing is they already deducted the money frm my acct and yet it still not working
