My EarPods do not charge consistently. Sometimes only one charges and they seem to be situated in the case properly

When I place my ear pods into their charging case they do not always charge consistently. Sometimes only 1 charges. I have the Air Pods Pro

One of my AirPods constantly doesn’t charge When I charge my AirPods, one of them regularly does not charge. It is not consistent which one does it.

AirPods Pro won’t charge unless plugged in I’ve already reset them twice and every time it’s off the charger the pods stop charging. The case is fully charged and they are both in the case. I don’t know why it’s happening. The top is when the case is plugged in, the bottom is when it’s unplugged. In both the AirPods are in the case but appear separately.
