PHOTOS IS LOCKED ON ICLOUD!

Hello,

I encountered a problem while trying to access my iCloud photos on my Apple devices - Mac, iPhone, and iPad Pro. Each device displayed the same message stating, 'PHOTOS IS LOCKED. This application cannot be launched. Please contact customer support.' Subsequently, I received another error message stating, 'Connection Error: iCloud encountered an error while trying to connect to the server!'

I'm uncertain about the cause of this issue or how to resolve it. Is there anyone who might be able to offer assistance in troubleshooting and resolving this problem? Could this be due to my activation of Advanced Data Protection? I disabled it, but an error message still persists.
