Even after all the updates apple has done, they still haven’t addressed the bug on this app. I’ve been having the same issue since last year. I’ve saved a lot of forms and I got in the habit of just changing dates and other details via files app thru mark up but it just keeps reverting back to the original file.

So I have an existing form I fill out for work on a regular basis with details such as name, date, position, etc. I used to duplicate the form and just edit to make changes but every time I do that and hit done, it just reverts back to the original file I duplicated it from.

Can you outline your specific workflow; where is the issue. I cannot recreate any issue using markup
This company too is becoming lazy!
bought an iPhone 15pro same problem. Contacted support multiple times and many hours spent - they failed to call back with a solution as promised - so still no solution. Now installed Microsoft 360 on the phone to edit files.
will think about leaving apple at next upgrade.
