Printer via ipad

Just recently, when trying to print to my HP printer using Print (not Smart Print which is Ok) the only printer that is recognised is something called Ipps://printer.roamprint.com:631/ipp/print, and it will not allow me to delete it. (I have roam print disabled in the smart print) when this first happened a few weeks ago, I shut down the iPad, and when restarted my printer was recognised when going to Print, so thought all was ok. However, now despite several more shutdowns, this address keeps appearing as only choice of printer. Any ideas how to resolve this please.
