M1 Macbook Pro - Random Bluetooth disconnection mouse and keyboard

This has been going on for a while. My machine is fully upto date with all apple opsys updates and versions. There is something buggy with the bluetooth, the apple magic mouse and keyboard disconnect at the same time randomly. Most times I need to power them off and back on or use a cord to plug the device into the machine directly to get a reconnect. I have removed the devices completely and recreated the connections but to no available.

Does anyone else have this issue, have you found a solution?

I'd like to explain it a little bit more. I have the same problem. My keyboard, mouse, and trackpad will disconnect randomly for a few seconds and then reconnect. This is really annoying because it happens while I'm working.

It looks like this only affects these three devices. Bluetooth speakers are unaffected.

I also get a message on the screen that a device is disconnected.
