iCloud service termination message

I have been receiving this text message daily for several weeks now. Each time I click on 'report and delete'. Is it scam? Where is it coming from? CLOUD SERV‍I⁡C‍E⁠ TERMI⁡NATION. Upgrade now or lose your stored ⁤photos and fi⁤l⁠es.
