ios 17.2 not being able to share location

Ever since I updated my phone to the latest update,17.2.1 it won’t let me share my location with other people.Every time I click “share location” it says unavailable

is there any way to fix this issue?

“Share location unavailable. Please try again later.” Trying to utilize the “share my location” feature but it just won’t allow me to. I’ve restarted my phone a few times hoping it’ll do it but nothing seems to change. Tried all possible location options that would link to this but then again, nothing. I can’t receive or share my location.
