Face ID problem

I can no longer download the app from the app store with the ID face of the app and I only have to enter the password. I used to be able to download quickly with Face ID, but when I switched between my iCloud accounts, Face ID stopped working. My phone is iPhone 15 Pro Max, This is a software problem and I restarted my iPhone and even created a new account, but my problem was not solved.

App Store, can't download/purchase with Face ID Device: iPhone 13 (256 GB) iOS ver.: 17.2.1 When downloading apps in App Store, it waits a while and doesn't even try to authenticate with Face ID, straight shows Install button, and asks for password for Apple ID. I've tried many different settings, relogging of Apple ID, nothing helped. Updating to newest iOS also did nothing, issue occured also on iOS 16.6. What is strange is that normal Face ID works fine, even in apps (fast and reliably). What could I try next? I'm not the only person with this issue, see comments on videos with title like "how to fix face id app store".

FaceID not popping up while downloading apps on App Store Hey everyone, I recently purchased an iPhone 15 Pro, and after upgrading it to iOS 17.2.1, I've been experiencing an issue with Face ID not prompting up when trying to download an application. Instead, I have to enter my Apple ID's password every time, which is super annoying. I've tried all the methods listed in previous community posts (i.e., toggling the Face ID options on and off, etc.). Are there any foolproof methods that have worked for people facing this issue in the past? Kindly let me know about the same. Thanks!

There are two places where you need to check

Under FaceID & Passcode

Under Screen Time
