Child's Subscription Not Displaying in Family Subscription List

I received notification that I was being charged for a subscription that wasn't listed under any family member in my household. Eventually found it on my daughter's ipad.


Why would it not display under her profile on the parent's device? This was a $174 charge that I had no idea about until it came through.
