IIneed help updating my payment information...HOW DO I get help??????

I received an email stating that there is a problem with my billing information.I have updated the information on a new credit card but I just received another email saying there is a problem. I have no idea what is wrong. HELP!!!!!

email "There is a problem with your payment information." I keep getting a message that my payment info (VISA) isn't valid. I just got an email saying the same thing. My credit card information is up to date and the expiry date isn't until 2025. I can't figure out what the problem is. I tried to remove that credit card then add it again, but it won't let me as I have subscriptions that require a credit card. Please help! Edited to add: I also get the message "Your credit card is about to expire" error every time I try to purchase credits for a game when my CC doesn't expire until 2025. Many thanks and Happy New Year!

Many of those types of emails are scams. See if it is really from Apple:

Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
