Mail Crashing Over and Over Again Sonoma 14.2.1 Update

I upgraded to 14.2.1 today and since the update Mail has been repeatedly crashing. Appears to be an issue with Outlook and Exchange only. Remove the account and it works fine. Add the account and it crashes repeatedly.

I really need to get this back up and running quickly. Any thoughts? Happened at least 20x today and I expect more from my preferred provider: Apple
