Transfer of a single App from Android to iPad

I hope you can help me.

I bought a 10.2 9th Generation (2021) iPad for my 9 year old son.

Until now he used my Samsung Galaxy S22, building up over several months a great football team on FC Mobile App. He's now distraught that if he downloads the App onto his new iPad he will loose all the work he's done so far in building a great football team.

Is there any way to transfer the FC Mobile App from my Samsung Galaxy S22 to his iPad 10.2 9th generation?
