BRAND NEW IPHONE 15 PRO COMPLETELY DEAD IN 10 DAYS!

I recently bought an iPhone 15 Pro and it went completely dead in just 10 days - not turning on/ restarting/ being detected by the laptop at all. Lost half my data in the process unfortunately. Went to the apple service center and they asked me to come back later with an appointment even though the person was doing nothing there at the time. Came back with an appointment and they still made me wait 45 minutes? They checked my phone and said it will take 3 weeks to repair! I don't think 3 weeks is an acceptable timeline to be phoneless in this day & age especially when cause by an issue at apple's end. If it's going to take that long maybe replace it with another phone readily available? On top of that, I know a couple of other people who have faced the exact same issue. Absolutely would not recommend upgrading to the iPhone 15. I've been an apple user since the iphone 3 and have loved apple ever since but this has completely put me off apple and their quality standards. A brand you thought you could trust to deliver high quality has deeply disappointed.


At the very least, would appreciate if this post isn't deleted like the one I posted earlier - customers should be aware of the issues in the phone to make an informed decision and spare them their money and weeks of a stressful situation.
