iMessage and FaceTime don’t work after switching carriers
I switched from ATT To visible with an eSIM. I have an SE 2nd generation. Since switching, I can send SMS texts and receive calls but iMessage is not working. Nor is FaceTime. I looked at many posts but am not able to implement the suggested solutions. I have tried to deactivate iMessage through settings but the toggle is grayed out. I can’t even get the FaceTime to open in settings. I tried to edit my iCloud account but it won’t give me the option to remove my number. It says the number is associated with my phone and FaceTime but they’re definitely not working. Tried Turing the phone on and off more than once. Left it off for several hours. Any suggestions?
