How to recover an iCloud account?

iPhone 7 I used a different a iCloud account to set it up new. Somehow my emails changed to an old icloud account.. i can not get my password reset for the initial 1st iCloud account i used .. Therefore i cant even get into my straight talk account. Also think I’ve been hacked

Apple ID changed post upgrading to iPhone 15. I upgraded to iphone15 was locked out had to change my Apple ID email to one that was used in 2022. My email attached to iPhone15 can not be accessed at all. So I can not find an iCloud back up after 2022. I lost several voicemails from my grandmother that passed last year. iCloud Login Info Paradox Earlier, I was having trouble getting into my old iPhone 6. Luckily, I finally got into it, and was able to unblock one of my emails! However, there are two other iClouds on this phone that I cannot reset for the life of me! For one of them I was actually able to get into by answering the security questions, but then it locked me out of my current phone for unknown reasons, even if I reset the password on this specific session. According to my iPhone 6, I need to verify with my email. I CANNOT do that, because the iCloud hasn’t been working on this phone since the day it broke. The Birthday Prompt they give me is now gone because when you’re young, you put in a fake birthday and I don’t remember which date that could possibly be in this case. My main issue is that I was once able to access this email and now all of a sudden I can’t, even with the updated information that I Willingly put on it. What should I do about my locked accounts? Call Apple and try to prove that the accounts are mine, to reset? Again, I cannot unlock the account because iCloud Mail isn’t accessible from this phone, even if I already had previous access to it in the recent past.

Apple ID email defunct help I have an iPhone 5 with an Apple ID of an old email I no longer have access to. I want to change it to my current Apple ID. but it is impossible to do this. I can’t remember the password, I can’t reset it and it does not appear Apple even recognises the email as valid anymore. I tried connecting to Finder to attempt a reset of the whole phone to lose the Apple ID email but it required closing Find My so the reset can occur - but it also requires my password. Frustrating! Help! Any ideas?
