App store asks for password instead of face id.

Whenever I am downloading something from the app store, I always have to insert my account password.

The phone is new. It belonged to someone else but after a week they gave it to me. When their account was on the phone, the app store always requested to double click the power button asked their face id first and if it failed only then it asked for password. But after I started to use it, I created a new account for myself and after that app store has never asked for face id.

I have enabled iTunes and app store in face id. Also have tried re-enabling tens of times.

I also thought the problem was maybe for my account but then I made another one and tried using it. Same problem occured.

It's not the biggest of problems but a very annoying one and I want to reach the end of it.
