We purchased a new iPad Mini. It comes with several “FREE” offers/promotions. One offer is for a “FREE” 3 month TRIAL subscription to Apple TV+. However, I cannot locate any information on when does this particular trial offer associated with the purchase of the mini iPad expire?

Once you have activated your 3 month trial, Apple informs when the next billing date is and that will be when your trial ends and they charge you if you do not cancel the trial before that billing date. Here is an example from my trial:
I just clicked the Edit button to change my 1 Month (e.g. monthly $9.99 subscription) to Annual. Also on that Edit panel is a button to [ Cancel Subscription ].
